What might the city of the future look like? And whose ideas, needs and dreams should shape it?
As an area of London undergoing rapid change, South-East London becomes the testing ground for a new vision of urban life, created by young people from Peckham Platform and the Horniman Museum with muf architecture / art.
Through a collaborative artwork the projects explores how cities could better serve their communities and enhance our shared culture – opening up a space for exchange and experimentation.
Visitors can picture themselves inhabiting an imaginary fragment of the future city, view animations of future city life as envisaged by today’s young people, and share their own thoughts on urban design.
