Peckham Platform’s Youth Platform is launching a brand new zine with a weekend of drop-in sessions exploring how Peckham is changing. The Youth Platform is a culture focused group for 13-19 year olds who work together on creative projects. Come along to meet the group’s members, find out how you could get involved, discuss the future of Peckham, and take part in creative workshops.

This is part of a series of events and installations staged by Peckham Platform in different places around Peckham while the redevelopment of Peckham Library Square is underway.

Peckham Platform’s new gallery is set to open on the Square in 2020, and will be five times larger than our previous space there. It will allow us to build on our excellent track record of delivering meaningful contemporary art experiences, produced with Peckham’s communities through our unique co-commissioning model. As we work to realise our new home we will be asking local residents to tell us what they would like to see in the new Peckham Platform – find out about events and share your feedback by signing up for our newsletter or following us on twitter @PeckhamPlatform.

Youth Platform is generously support by Southwark’s Neighbourhood Foundation and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation
