The festival celebrated experiences of connection and togetherness.
Our experiences of our mental state is deeply personal, something that is interconnected to our way of being but something that is too often suppressed. We invited audiences into a collective space to explore your mental state without judgement, with softness and creativity. In a society led by wellness for productivity, there is often little space for exploring our interior world with honesty. Audiences stepped into an immersive 360 degree dome environment to discover untold narratives of female, non-binary and non-human vulnerability.

OVER-EXPOSED took place in The Old Waiting Room at Peckham Rye station, a stunning vaulted hall which lay abandoned for sixty years before reopening as part of the station’s renovation. Designed in the French Second Empire style, the space was once adorned with huge gas chandeliers, providing a place for Victorian commuters to take a breather.
